Ed brings over 25 years of operating experience in Consumer Goods and Business Services to help his clients create competitive advantage through talent acquisition. Prior to joining Acadia Associates, Ed was Managing Director of Diversified Search, where he was a member of the Consumer/Retail/Hospitality, Private Equity, Industrial, and Higher Education practices.

Ed has worked in the US and internationally with Fortune 100 and private equity owned, middle-market companies. Before entering search, Ed was President and CEO of Experient, Inc., one of the largest event services firms in the US. He joined them from The Coca-Cola Company, where he was CEO of Coca-Cola Ltd. (Canada). Prior roles at Coca-Cola include Managing Director of Field Sales and Marketing and Director of Business Development. Earlier in his career, Ed was Senior Banker with Citibank in the US and UK. While in Canada, Ed was chair of the Canadian Soft Drink Association and a member of the Executive Committee of the Food and Consumer Product Manufacturers of Canada.

Ed is the former Chair of the Georgia Center for Nonprofits and is a board member and Vice President – Social Enterprise Initiatives of the Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta. Ed and his wife, Teresa, have four sons.
