- I play acoustic guitar and love to go out to see live music whenever I can, even go to some local gatherings for amateur musicians because my husband is a recreational violinist

WABE operates public media stations 90.1 FM WABE and WABE TV, Atlanta’s original, independent, non-profit sources for news and local stories. Its stations deliver fact-based journalism and inclusive, engaging, cultural content that inform and connect the millions who call the Greater Atlanta area home. WABE’s programs, podcasts, and events make Atlanta’s stories and storytellers accessible and relevant across a variety of platforms for its diverse audience of listeners, viewers, visitors and members. Jennifer joined WABE as president and CEO in January 2021. At WABE, she leads and oversees all functions and a 97-person staff, including a 26-person newsroom and WABE TV and audio studios. In 2020, prior to joining WABE, Jennifer co-founded GaVotingWorks.org, building a coalition of over 20 Georgia companies to assist the Secretary of State with election preparedness, including voter education, and in providing for a safe and smooth voting process. From 2014 to 2020, Jennifer served as EVP and general manager of Turner Classic Movies (TCM). Over her 20 year career at Turner Broadcasting, she held numerous roles, including serving as chief strategy officer for Turner Entertainment Networks and vice president of branding for TNT. Prior to joining Turner, she held leadership positions at The Coca-Cola Co. and Pizza Hut.
A graduate of Emory University (BA) and University of Texas at Austin (MBA), Dorian is mentor to many and a volunteer to numerous Atlanta non-profit organizations. In addition to her current board memberships, she previously served on the marketing committee for US Fund for UNICEF and the board of the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau.
